AuctionPro is a platform that enables users to organise and conduct sports player auctions, live scoring, fixture management, and tournament operations. The service includes features for creating auctions, managing teams, registering players, conducting live bidding, and viewing results.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Auction Organizer Responsibilities

If you create and manage auctions on our platform, you agree to:

  • Conduct auctions fairly and transparently
  • Provide accurate information about your auction
  • Respect the rights of players and team owners
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the platform for any illegal activities

5. Payment Terms

Our pricing is per-auction based on the number of teams:

  • Free tier: Up to 3 teams (with watermark)
  • Paid plans: Various team limits with additional features
  • Payments are non-refundable once an auction goes live
  • Refunds may be issued for technical issues on our end

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by innodhruti and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall innodhruti, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
