School Athletics Meet
Managed Digitally.
From Registration to Certificates.

AuctionPro generates a QR code for your school sports day. Print it on notice boards or share the link on the parent app. Students scan and register for their events (100m, long jump, relay, etc.) with their class and house. Registration closes 2–3 days before the event so you can finalise participant lists and schedules.

Each Event In-Charge records times, distances, or heights on their own phone — big-numpad entry built for the field, working even offline. Rankings, medals, and house championship points update automatically the moment a result is saved, and every parent watching the live link sees it instantly.

You configure the points system when creating the event — the default is Gold 10, Silver 7, Bronze 5 (relays 15/10/7), and you can set your own values per event. AuctionPro calculates totals automatically as each event result is entered. The live table is visible to all parents on the public link and can be displayed on a projector at the venue.

Yes. Assign a device (phone or tablet) to each event zone. Each Event In-Charge enters their results as events finish. All results feed into the central house championship table in real time. The central scorer sees all events from a single dashboard.

Every registered athlete gets one — medalists receive a Certificate of Achievement listing all their events, results, and medals; everyone else gets a Certificate of Participation. Pick a classic formal or modern colorful template, add your school logo, sponsor strip, and signatory, then download a batch PDF (one A4 page per athlete) for printing or share individual certificates on WhatsApp. No manual writing or design tools.

Yes. AuctionPro works from a 50-student inter-house event up to a 2,000-student inter-school athletics meet. Your first Sports Day is free with no limits. After that, it is ₹999 per Sports Day.
