Frequently Asked Questions

Athletics event management software digitises how a track & field meet is run — athlete registration, event-by-event result recording (times, distances, heights), automatic ranking, and a live medal tally — replacing paper heat sheets and manual scoreboards. AuctionPro supports this for sports clubs, corporate athletics days, community meets, and district or state associations.

Same underlying event engine, different audience. Our school athletics management is built specifically for PT teachers running a house-championship sports day with student certificates. Sprints (100m/200m/400m), distance events (800m up to 5K), relays, long jump, high jump, shot put, javelin, discus, and team relay events — with results and rankings tracked per event and rolled into the overall meet standings.

Yes. Officials record times, distances, and heights on their phone even with no signal at the track or field pit — entries queue on the device and sync automatically the moment the connection returns. Nothing is lost.

Yes. Sprints on the track, jumps and throws in separate zones — every result feeds into one central live standings table, so the meet doesn't have to run one event at a time to stay accurate.

Your first Sports Day or athletics meet is free with no limits. After that, it is ₹999 per Sports Day.
