Your School Sports Day,
Managed Professionally

Yes. Track events rank by fastest time (ascending). Field events rank by farthest distance or greatest height (descending). Multi-attempt events like shot put automatically use the best of 3 attempts for ranking. You configure the type once — the platform handles the rest.

Yes. The live leaderboard is a regular webpage — any browser on any phone. No app, no login, no account. Just share one link before the event starts.

When you set up the platform, you can enter your existing records. After every event, if a result beats the current record, the platform updates it and shows an animated banner on the live page instantly. Records are keyed by event name + category, so they persist even after this year's sports day ends.

Use Offline Recording Mode. Results are stored on the device and sync automatically when you are back online. The numpad mode works fully offline — just enter the result and move to the next athlete.

Yes. Each athletics event has an optional category field. Create separate events for each age group (e.g., "100m — U-12", "100m — U-14"). The championship table and reports separate them automatically.

Less than 20 minutes. Create the play event, apply a template to add all events at once, print or share the QR codes, and you are ready. No training needed for teachers recording results.

Yes. Athletes can scan different QR codes to register for multiple events independently. Each event has its own participant list.

No. Run as many events as you need with as many athletes as your sports day has. The platform is built for scale — 2,000 registrations on a single sports day is no problem.
