Sports management software is an online platform that handles every aspect of organising sports events — player registration, team formation, match scheduling, live scoring, results tracking, and player statistics. Instead of managing everything through WhatsApp, Excel, and paper, organisers use one platform for the complete event lifecycle. AuctionPro is sports management software built specifically for Indian sports organisers across clubs, schools, housing societies, and corporates.

AuctionPro handles sports event management broadly — team tournaments with fixtures and live scoring, IPL-style player auctions, and individual-format events like athletics meets. Log in and add it to your home screen to use it like an installed app, with no App Store download needed.

Most sports management tools only handle fixtures and results. AuctionPro adds three things no other Indian platform offers: a live IPL-style player auction where team owners bid in real time within a fixed budget, sport-specific live scoring for 14 sports, and player career statistics that accumulate across all tournaments. Everything is browser-based — no app install for organisers, players, or spectators.

AuctionPro supports 14 sports — cricket, football, kabaddi, basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, pickleball, hockey, kho-kho, rugby, baseball, and american football (flag), plus a universal points scorer for any other sport. Each of the 14 has its own scoring interface — cricket gets ball-by-ball scoring, football tracks goals and cards, kabaddi records raids and tackles, and racket sports score set by set. The same account manages all sports simultaneously.

Yes. One AuctionPro account can have multiple active tournaments across different sports running simultaneously. Run a cricket league and a football tournament at the same time from the same dashboard. Each event has its own fixtures, scoring page, and public results link.

You enable player registration and share a link with your players. They fill in their details — name, photo, sport, playing role — on any phone browser. You review the submissions and approve or reject with one click. Approved players go directly into your player pool for team formation or auction.

Yes. AuctionPro scales from small 4-team events to large 64-team tournaments. For large draws, use the pool format or group stage + knockout. The Quick Draw tool handles group assignment for 32, 48, or 64 teams in seconds. Live scoring scales across multiple simultaneous matches scored by different scorers on different phones.

No. AuctionPro is fully browser-based. Players register via a shared link on any phone. The live auction runs in any browser — no install for team owners or spectators. Fans follow live scores, fixtures, and standings via a public link — also no account or install required.

Yes. AuctionPro has a dedicated sports day module with QR-based athlete registration, a real-time leaderboard that parents can follow during the event, a school records tracker, house championship table, and instant winner certificates. It handles both team sports and individual athletics events.

The free plan lets you create a tournament with up to 4 teams — ideal for trying all features with no commitment. For larger events, paid plans start at ₹999 per match day. There are no monthly subscriptions — you pay per event and the plan covers you for the full duration of that tournament.

Most organisers complete the initial setup in under 10 minutes. Create the tournament, set the format and rules, enable player registration, and share the link — all done before your first WhatsApp message goes out. The fixture is generated in seconds once teams are formed, and scoring starts the moment the first match begins.
