School & College Sports Management
Without the Paper Chaos
Run annual sports days, inter-house tournaments, and inter-school or inter-university championships professionally. Online registration, auto fixtures, live scoring — all from your phone.
Every school has sports events — but most still rely on paper forms, Excel sheets, and WhatsApp forwards to manage them. AuctionPro replaces all of that with a clean digital platform that handles online registration, automatic fixture generation, live scoring, and shareable results. Teachers spend less time on admin. Students get a professional sports experience. Parents can follow results in real time.
The Problems Every School Sports Organiser Faces
Paper entry forms and manual attendance are error-prone and time-consuming
No easy way to publish match schedules — students rely on notice boards or WhatsApp forwards
Score keeping is done on paper, with no record after the event
No platform to track individual student performance year over year
Fixture generation is done manually in Excel, which breaks on any change
Results and certificates are delayed because there is no central system
