How does tournament pricing work?
Tournaments are priced per match day — one calendar day of competition. Up to 4 teams is always free. From 5 teams: up to 8 teams is ₹999/match day (capped at ₹1,999 total); up to 16 teams is ₹1,499/match day (capped at ₹2,999); 17+ teams is ₹1,999/match day (capped at ₹3,999). You declare your match days upfront and pay accordingly.
What is a "match day" and what is the "cap"?
A match day is one calendar day of competition — whether you play 3 matches or 15, it counts as one match day. The cap is the maximum you ever pay for a single tournament, regardless of how many match days you run. A 10-team cricket league running 8 Sundays pays ₹1,499 × 2 = ₹2,998 on match day 2, hits the ₹2,999 cap, and all remaining match days are free.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If you're not satisfied, you can request a 100% refund at any time before your first match day begins. Once the first match day starts, the payment is non-refundable. No questions asked — just contact us on WhatsApp.
How does auction pricing work?
Auction pricing is based on the number of teams. Start free with 3 teams. Common sizes: 4, 8, 12, 16, 24, or 32 teams — pick the plan that fits your event. You only pay once per auction. Monsoon Offer: up to 25% off all paid auction plans till 30 September.
What is Sports Day pricing?
Your first Sports Day event is completely free. From the second event onwards, it's ₹999 per Sports Day. Since your school or organisation name appears on certificates, we can identify you as a returning user.
What is Grand Sports Day pricing?
Grand Sports Day is ₹1,999 per event — one flat price regardless of how many houses, sections, or participants you have. This covers the full umbrella: house leaderboard, participant registration management, linked tournaments and athletics events, and the live public championship page.
Is this per tournament or a monthly subscription?
Always per tournament / per event. You pay once for each tournament or auction you run. No recurring fees, no subscriptions.
Can someone from your team run the auction for us?
You almost certainly won't need it — most organizers conduct their entire auction themselves after one free 15-minute demo, and remote conducting is included in every plan at no extra cost. If you still prefer a dedicated operator physically at your venue, it's available on request at ₹2,000 per auction (up to 3 hours, then ₹500/hour) in Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai. Can a school or college use the Tournament plan?
Absolutely. Schools, colleges, societies, and clubs all use the Tournament plan for team-based events. Sports Day is a separate product specifically for athletic track & field events.
What sports are supported?
Every sport. 14 sports have dedicated live scoring — Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Tennis, Table Tennis, Pickleball, Hockey, Kho-Kho, Rugby, Baseball, and American Football (flag) — plus a universal scorer for every other sport. All sports are available in the Tournament and Auction plans.
What payment methods are accepted?
India: UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards via Razorpay. International customers (UAE, UK, USA, Singapore, Australia): contact us on WhatsApp for USD, AED, GBP, SGD, or AUD invoicing. Same platform and features globally.
